Has been 4 years since you did a MotorKote video update. Read some comments saying the new MortorKote is thinner than the new stuff they. So is the new jumpstart as good as the original? Project Farm said it has to be sanded off to remove it. I see the manufacturer says to add every other oil change. Is that just them trying to sell more MotorKota?

My traction control light will randomly start flashing ( 95* outside) and auto engaging the brakes. Super dangerous while driving. I have to turn the car off and turn it back on for it to stop doing that. I will check it out on my car thanks!

1. your accessory bearings are sealed, so putting oil on the pullys the way you did, did not lubricate any thing the way you intended. 2. was the dyno on the same day because any variation in atmospheric conditions will change your dyno results? 3. wind conditions change through out the day so if you were pushing a little bit of wind on the first test and less wind on the second test that could be what you actually measured. To do the proper mileage testing, you would have to drive the same road every day for week and get an average over a distance of over 60 miles then make your change and do the test again over the course of a week at the same distance and similar weather conditions to get a more accurate average. A better way would be to do your mileage test on the dyno which eliminates all the changing weather conditions and wind conditions. Run the car on the dyno for 10 min at a specified load record your average, do the treatment on the dyno then run the same test at the same load for the same time and record your average.

Having issues with my 2018 Chevy Trax, I need to change my front tires here soon, but about a month ago I got my rear passenger tire patched. The tire place didn't even reconnect the tire sensor and said it would cost $80 to do so, so I'm looking into fixing that sensor now. Just yesterday, on what I call Fatherless Day, I had my Stabilitrak decide that, in the 7Eleven parking lot of a city about 30 miles from home, it needed to be serviced. I couldn't accelerate, I had to literally gas her to get any movement, and then she refused to brake when I tried to move and park her for a tow back home (I wasn't about to drive on the interstate like that...) I have yet to go take a look at her since, but I fear the many reasons this might be happening. Her engine light is on, and she says every time turn her over to service tire monitor system, and then immediately after to service stabilitrak. I just wanna know what I'm doing before my broke ass has to go and try to do it myself first. So what are my chances of it just being that damn tire sensor? Or anything else for that matter? Edit: I also had JUST gotten gas, and I noticed someone below mentioning how water-contaminated gas made their car act similar, so what the hell, it could be anything 😂

I've been using this stuff for 8 yrs now. Love it. When I buy a car (new to me)I run it with no additives for a while and see how it feels and test mpg's. I bought 1 car and it was getting around 17.5 mpg's. Started using Motorkote and Marvel mystery oil. My mpg's are now between 18.8 to 20.7, depending on the time of the year. Well worth the $, and my vehicles have never been to a shop with engine problems. Just ball joints or something like that. They all have right at 200k miles or over. Like one has 200k, another 215k, another 294k and my truck has 398k. This combo of MMO and Motorkote is awesome. Do this on my lawn mover, weed waker(4 stroke), roto tiller and so on.

I have a question. I have these issues with a twist, I also get an error message on the dashboard, my fuel gauge drops to empty and sometimes the car won't start. So to clarify, I have the abs, traction control, alarm light plus everything I mentioned above all abruptly coming on at once. Then sometimes it goes back off for a while then back on.. 2006 Chevy Malibu LTZ

Will that also make the car have lack of power ?

Got this on my Durango now. They said it’s the rear left wheel speed sensor. Off the the junkyard I go. I have 3 damn dash lights on for this. And cruise don’t work.

I remember back in the 90's in Vancouver, B.C. there was a company that produced an engine treatment called Bitron. One had to use two applications 40oz. each with a seperate oil change. On the second application I noticed an increase in power, fuel economy. For some reason it only performed well with regular motor oil, not synthetic.

Mine is similar to yours in that, I both get the flashing red light 3 times, but when the screen is on it looks fine (before it turns off after 15 seconds), so it shouldn't be the mainboard. I will try the power board first (JK board) and hope that that fixes it on my 55XE9005. My AC Adaptor is external brick (which I replaced first but it still gives same error), but the JK board is in the repair manual as a possible fix. Hopefully that fixes it for me too.

Did you have high speed vibration (highway speeds)? All my suspension looks good and tight, but I notice a lot of rust on top of strut... I get thunking sounds too on bumps from that vicinity...

With respect, I was disappointed. I watched this video for a long time, but gave up well before the end. The pace was far too slow. The test you perform is frankly irrelevant. Given that the nominal voltage is 9, tests should be conducted to determine capability of the battery to deliver current at known voltages which are less than 9 volts, but not at zero volts. No realistic application would want to draw maximum current at no volts because no useful work could be done. My suggestion is that you set up a test to measure current delivery capability at say, a constant voltage of 8 volts, and another test at 7 volts. Your audience might have a certain casual interest in the voltage delivered by a hall current sensor, but their real interest is the current delivered in amps. Get to the point quickly - by all means amplify your message afterwards if you want, but, to my mind, your audience wants to see a graph showing amps vs time for a constant output voltage. You need two separate tests so your audience gets some appreciation of how output is affected by supply voltage available. I have suggested 8 and 7 because internal battery resistance will reduce delivered voltage if any current is drawn & battery open circuit voltage is 9. Not to mention the batteries that start at 8.5.

Hello I have a 2015 Silverado and I’ve been having intermittent abs and traction control lights going on my dash. They haven’t stayed on but today they did and now my truck won’t crank, click or start. For this I think it’s wiring issue, if I hit bumps the right way a light will come on the dash and disappear. Scanned and it says there’s an issue with the left front wheel hub. Could a bad sensor cause a vehicle not to start ? Any help would be great. Thanks.

This happened on my 2018 silverado around winter. Only when i turned left, then progressively more constant. Disables cruise control. Replaced obviously faulty wheel speed sensor with ACDelco match. Both lights now on for eternity. Have not asked a dealership. When the bad wire was not making contact with the coil spring, everything was normal. When i replaced the parts the truck was shut off with the lights on and the wire making contact. I wonder if i just never gave it the opportunity to reset. Ive unplugged the battery before.
